'“In Passage” celebrates moments of transition, growth and evolution. As an homage to Bynd Artisan’s rich tradition in book making, the artwork presents various views of their historic letterpress machine, blending and intersecting with surprising organic forms. The suspended states of motion throughout is a tribute to the excitement and beauty that accompany moments of flux, when enduring old traditions ripen with the new. With three birds taking flight at its centre, the scene is filled with activity, corresponding to Bynd Artisan’s history that spans three generations.
